Further Info: Summer Dance Performance - Sunday 14th July 2024

Gates Open: 1pm | Gates Closed: 6pm

This is a ticketed event: please purchase your tickets through this link. Please download your ticket on to your phone for entry.

Arrival times: Dancers must be on time for the below times for rehearsals on the stage. Parents are welcome to stay upon drop off or leave the dancers with us and return at 1pm. Parents of 8-10s & 5-7s can stay from drop off as the event starts at 1pm.

Elite: 10:45am

14-18s & 11-13s: 11:15am

Street Dance, Lyrical & Musical Theatre: 12pm

8-10s & 5-7s: 1pm

Costumes:

Due to the nature of the event and lack of changing room area, costumes will be kept very simple for this show. See below:

• 5-7s & 8-10s: UP! Dance tie dye t-shirt and black shorts or leggings

• All other groups: Plain black t-shirt (long or short sleeve) with plain black leggings or shorts.

• Street dance: see above but these dancers will also need their trainers - black or white if possible.

Dancers should also bring food, a bottle of water and sunscreen. It's also best to wear shoes that are easy to take on and off e.g. flip flops, crocs

We are also very excited to be joined by:

• The Pizza Boys (stone baked homemade pizza van)

• Wets on Wheels Cocktail Bar

• Marks Ices Ice cream Van

• Hair feather & braiding by The Braid Cave

• Face Painting by Alex

• Bouncy Castles

• Alec's Angels (Inflatable axe throwing and archery plus festival face gems)

We are so excited for this event as it's unlike anything we have done before!
